Mr. Hussein Fakhry is a skilled architect with more than 25 years of expertise in commercial and residential architectural design and construction.
He co-founded his architectural and construction group of enterprises, Key Architecture & Key Contracting, in Lebanon in 2001 and soon established satellite offices in Ghana and Ivory Coast.
As an accomplished architect, Mr. Hussein Fakhry draws on his many years of experience to present a distinctive, innovative approach to project management. Most of the properties he develops reveal his exceptional grasp of client needs as well as his passion for culture and the environment.
In addition to his unrivaled skill in property development, Mr. Hussein Fakhry possesses strong management and leadership skills. As he is an MBA graduate at Université Saint-Joseph in Beirut and Université Paris Dauphine, as well as certified member of the Ghana Institute of Architects (GIA), the Architect Registration Council of Ghana, and a member of the Order of Engineers and Architects (OEA) in Beirut, Lebanon (ARC); he strives to create a lasting impression with the projects he undertakes in Africa and other parts of the world. Of the 25 projects undertaken by the Key Group of companies in Ghana, some notable mentions include The Royal Senchi and the Peduase Valley Resort.
Mr. Imad Fakhry is also a co-founded of the Key Group of Companies, which has completed over 60 projects around the world. He is a seasoned architect with over 22 years of experience in property development. As such, he possesses expertise in project management, construction, finance, and project development consultation. He develops properties for all forms of use, with extensive knowledge in residential, commercial and recreational structures. Mr. Imad Fakhry’s determination to exceed expectations is what makes him stand out. He believes that paying attention to the slightest, yet most delicate details throughout all stages of design and construction are essential to a project's success, and the results of his exceptional work in Ivory Coast affirm this. As a turnkey developer and a member of the Order of Engineers and Architects in Beirut, Lebanon; he continuously seeks growth and development opportunities in various sectors of the built industry; doing this merging the traditions and culture of the surrounding environment with a future-focused design that enable his projects to remain timeless. Since 2015, he has led the Key Group in Ivory Coast to the completion of more than ten projects. Among these are the Pelican Groove Residence, Blanchard Residence, and Plateaux Saphir.
