CEO, Ghana
Hussein Fakhry
Hussein Fakhry is an architect with more than 25 years of commercial and residential design and construction experience. He co-founded Key Architecture and Key Contracting in Lebanon in 2001 and extended that leadership into Ghana and Ivory Coast.
His work blends client sensitivity, cultural awareness, and disciplined project management. He is an MBA graduate of Universite Saint-Joseph and Universite Paris Dauphine, and is affiliated with the Ghana Institute of Architects, the Architects Registration Council of Ghana, and the Order of Engineers and Architects in Beirut.

Imad Fakhry
Imad Fakhry co-founded the wider Key Group and has led property development work across residential, commercial, and recreational sectors for more than two decades.
His approach is defined by detail, execution discipline, and a belief that projects should feel rooted in their surroundings while remaining future-oriented. Since 2015, he has led the group's expansion in Ivory Coast and overseen a growing portfolio of completed work.
